Pareto Platform CRM provides new clients with one, initial complimentary data upload within the first monthof their Subscription1. After that time, data surcharges will apply and are currently billed on an hourly basis at $100 per hour with a one hour minimum. Step 1: Export Your Existing Data
Provided below are a list of the most common database providers that we import data from. For instructions on exporting your data, select the appropriate database provider below:
Not using any of the above database providers? Not a problem!
Our Data Migration Team can help you determine the most efficient means of exporting your data into a portable format (such as .CSV, .XLS, etc.). After subscribing to Pareto Platform CRM, the Data Team will help you get started with exporting your data.Our Data Migration Team will then assist you with importing your data into Pareto Platform CRM.
Important! Before You Export Your Data:
To ensure that your data is imported and mapped correctly, we would recommend you take the following steps to prevent unwanted results:
- Clean up your current database.
If your current database contains issues such as duplicate or corrupt records, then these same issues willexist once your data is imported into Pareto Platform CRM. We strongly recommend that you remove any unwanted records, merge duplicate records, and ensure that all required fields are populated beforestarting this process.
- Identify custom fields.
Identifying custom fields from your current database will make importing into the Pareto Platform CRM easier and less susceptible to errors.
If you are unaware of any custom fields in your database, our Data Migration Team should be able to identify them whileimporting your data. If custom fields are found, we will provide you a list of the custom fields for you to review and identify. Once you have completed your review and have identified any required fields, you may forward your list to the Data Migration Team to have them imported into Pareto Platform CRM.
Step 2: Upload Your Data
To ensure that your data is handled with the utmost security and privacy, Pareto Platform CRM provides a Secure Data Upload Portal to transfer you exported data to:
Simply sign in with your Pareto Platform CRM username and password, upload your database file(s), and our Data Migration Team will then begin importing your data.
Step 3: The Data Import Process
If this is your initial import, our Data Migration Team will review your data once it is received and assist you through the data import process. Depending on the integrity and complexity of your data, the data import process may take anywhere from two to thirty business days to complete. We recommend that you consider the steps provided in the section above to ensure the quickest and most efficient data import.
If this is a secondary, or supplemental data import, additional charges may apply. In such a case, our Data Team will assess the data and provide you with a quote for importing.
As every database is unique, our Data Migration Team will inform you of any potential issues with your data, provide you with an estimate on the required import time, and will send an email to you once the import is complete.
After the import is complete, we recommend that you review your data within Pareto Platform CRM to ensure that all information is displayed to your satisfaction. Data Exports/SQL Requests
All entity’s fields in CRM (i.e. Contact, Account, Appointment, etc.) can be exported to Excel by users using the following instructions: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/export-data-to-excel.aspx
A SQL Backup will be provided to a group upon termination of their subscription at no charge. SQL Backups, for compliance or general use, can be requested at any time for a nominal charge of $200.00.
