***UPDATED*** October 19th - Microsoft has once again released an update that appears to have caused an issue with accessing the accessing the CRM from inside of Outlook. Many user report getting a message that reads: “Retrieval of a page from a CRM server failed due to an error” and will not display content. Please note this does not affect Email tracking and other syncing functionality in only affects people viewing the CRM in Outlook. This issue seems to have stemmed from a Windows update which was recently rolled out and has caused this function to stop working as intended. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working on a fix for it which should come out in a future Windows update soon. For those who use this functionality and would rather not wait for the official fix we have a workaround to get it working again which requires a new registry entry which you can call us at 866-593-8020 and we can walk you through what is needed to get it working.
